You must be at least 18 years old and currently a student to use the service. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
your account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at legal@campus.dating of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
community rules
Be respectful and lawful. You agree not to: (a) harass, abuse, or harm others; (b) post illegal, infringing, or misleading content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) use the service for commercial solicitation or spamming.
waitlist
When you provide your email to join the waitlist, you authorize us to contact you about launch and related updates. Waitlist registrations are stored with our hosting provider Cloudflare. See our privacy policy for details.
intellectual property
The site, trademarks, and content are owned by Campus Industries Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
analytics
This website does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Campus Industries Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including for violating these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts-of-law principles.
security roadmap (informational)
We are not presently certified for SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We aim to pursue these frameworks as we grow and will update our public security page when applicable. This section is informational only and not a representation of current compliance.
